This website is operated by Mimicha Fira. The terms "I", "me", and "my" refer to Mimicha Fira. By my website, and/or purchasing from me, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

ORDERING, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS

The prices are in US dollars.
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
All sales are final. Decide carefully before purchasing since I do not offer cancellations, resizing, returns, refunds or exchange if you changed your mind for any reasons.
I do not offer any size resizing on the rings, necklace chain lengths. Please determine your ring size prior to purchasing a ring in my shop.
I am not responsible for any damages caused by negligence by the wearer. Extra care should be taken when wearing your pieces. Never drop and/or knock against any hard surface, remove the piece prior to washing hands, bathing, swimming and sleeping. And ensure that the piece is not exposed UV light, salt water, hairspray, cosmetics and perfume.
I took the photograph in natural lights only. It’s difficult to photograph gemstones accurately, because the colours may be vary depending on the light source, angle and variations in individual monitors. Your jewelry may look slightly different in person than it does on the website. For that reason, you can request me for a video to be taken for any of your favorite piece by contacting me at fira@mimichafira.com.
All pieces are handmade by me. Due to the nature of handmade, each pieces may come with minor flaws to the item photographed.

SHIPPING

I ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority for a flat rate of 75 USD (trackable, packed with FedEx padded PAK envelope, with signature required and insured up to 100 USD). Orders within Japan will be shipped with Japan Post Yu-Pack for $8. Your orders will be shipped within 5 working days after receiving the full payment. Make sure that the address you entered is correct. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. I am not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or custom clearance fees assessed. And I'm not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise with the international orders such as items lost, missing, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier, once your order leaves Mimicha Fira. In rare instance of lost, missing, stolen or damaged items, please contact the shipping carrier. I do not respond to shipping claims sent to me.

The entire content of this website, including all jewelry designs, photos, logo, copyright, including the use of the name Mimicha Fira is the sole property of Mimicha Fira. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use only. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute and/or reproduce, in any format.

The Prayer card necklace has such meticulous cut-outs, detailed as if it's paper art or lace yet it's actually silver. Mind-blowing!! And the open-back is such a thoughtful detail! It brings variations to its appearance as the clothing underneath it changes (right now my favourite is having it over my bare skin, if not counting the time when I simply hold it up in the air and let soft lighting comes through)
