The body of the fish was meticulously hand engraved on sterling silver. The scales are the mixture of flower petal motif, waves and of course scale. The tail is in the shape of ginkgo leaf. The center ribbon pattern opal from Lightning Ridge and the red sapphire on its eye are set in 14k gold.
